Terms and Conditions of the Website and Inquiry Form – SafeYacht (B2B & B2C)
§1. General Provisions
These terms and conditions define the rules for using the SafeYacht informational platform, available at safeyacht.pl. The owner of the platform and the project organizer is Oskar Polański, address: Janowska 29/58, 81-017 Gdynia, contact: kontakt@safeyacht.pl (hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”).
§2. Nature of the Website and Contact Form
The website safeyacht.pl is strictly for informational, promotional, and pre-reservation purposes. No information, pricing, or product descriptions (such as IoT telemetry systems, AED defibrillators, or medical kits) posted on the site constitute a commercial offer under Art. 66 of the Polish Civil Code. They serve solely as an invitation to contact and request free consultations or safety audits.
§3. Universality of Future Solutions
The integrated medical care systems and advanced subscription (As-a-Service) or purchase models showcased on the website are designed for:
- The business sector (B2B): shipyards, charter companies, insurers, marina operators, and fleet managers.
- Individual clients (B2C): private yacht/boat owners and property owners (corporate offices, buildings, hotels) aiming to deploy the highest standard of emergency medical safety.
- Any future commercial deployment of hardware or activation of IoT cloud monitoring strictly requires an individual safety audit and the signing of a separate, dedicated framework agreement.
§4. Limitation of Liability
The Service Provider does not conduct direct sales, e-commerce transactions, or automatic invoicing through the website. Any liability of the Service Provider towards business entities (B2B) arising from the use of the information on the site or potential technical downtimes is fully excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law.
