Privacy and Cookies Policy – SafeYacht (pre-launch version)

The administrator of personal data collected through the website is the organizer and founder of the SafeYacht project: Oskar Polański, address: Janowska 29/58, 81-017 Gdynia, e-mail address: kontakt@safeyacht.pl (hereinafter referred to as the “Administrator”). This website is currently for informational and pre-reservation purposes prior to the official commercial launch of services.
§2. Purpose and Legal Basis for Data Processing
Users' personal data (name, e-mail address, phone number, company/yacht name) are processed strictly for the following purposes:
- Handling requests for free consultations, invitations to pilot programs, and preliminary safety audits (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interest of the Administrator to build a network of future partners).
§3. Data Recipients
Users' personal data may be transferred to technical entities supporting the project's infrastructure, specifically: the hosting provider (SeoHost), the secure e-mail notification system (Resend.com), and the technical agency (Emergent). Data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA) or sold to third parties.
§4. User Rights
Every user has the right to: access their data, rectify it, request its erasure (“the right to be forgotten”), and restrict its processing. Any inquiries regarding personal data should be sent to: kontakt@safeyacht.pl.
